Gearing up for Clearwater

I know it's been a while.......I've been a busy bee

I spent last weeekend in Florida watching Ironman and now I'm off to Clearwater to race in the Ironman World Championship 70.3. Wish me luck! I'll catch up later whan I get home.

    Good luck!!! It is so funny, I was doing IMFL and I looked over at mile 12 just a smiling and I thought to myself, that sure does look like Caroline Smith! Hope you have a great race in Clearwater!

    Hey Girl! I was looking up Concreteman in Springfield, MO and found you. ;) I live in Springfield and have registered for my first Ironman in Panama Beach Nov. 2009 - I'm scared to death so I have many tri's to do before now and then. Any advice would be great! You are truly inspiring! ;)
